SHIPPING POLICY

We process orders within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). We ship world wide, shipping times will vary based on location. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link via email. — customs duties for international orders are the buyer’s responsibility.

All beauty products are carefully packed in protective, eco-friendly materials to ensure they arrive safely. Please note: we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed delivered to the address you provided.. For any issues, just reach out to us at avtrubba@gmail.com. We’re here to help!

RETURN POLICY

Changed your mind or not loving your product? No problem. You can return most unused, unopened items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund to your original payment method. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or defective — in that case, just contact us within 7 days of package arrival, and we’ll cover the cost.

We know how personal beauty products can be, which is why we can’t accept returns on opened skincare serums, face masks, or hygiene-sensitive items like lip products, mascara, or makeup brushes for safety reasons. To start a return, email us at avtrubba@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Once we receive and inspect your item (usually within 5–7 business days), we’ll process your refund or exchange. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement. We’re here to make sure you shop with confidence — just reach out!
